Dr. Fuzy gave me a full analysis of how to improve my vegetarian diet and meet my goal of increasing my overall strength. Best of all, he got me excited about eating better. I had no idea how much protein I should be eating, and for sure Google had it wrong. Dr. Fuzy, is personable, frank, answered all my questions, and extremely knowledgeable. Talking to a person beats the internet when it comes to my health, and adding a few visits with a registered dietician made all the difference.
