I am a licensed psychologist who focuses on the treatment of stress and relationship concerns. I place particular emphasis on valuing the strengths and diversity that each person brings to the counseling process. My therapeutic interventions are aimed at helping the individual to become more empowered through greater awareness and by helping her/him to have a greater sense of their own identity. It is my hope that counseling will facilitate life-long changes which will promote resilience and enhance abilities to cope with future life challenges.
