I felt much more relaxed after my massage. It was great to be able to unwind. They were able to customize my massage to make sure my injury wasn't aggravated, and even asked me before my massage if there was any injuries they should be aware of. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. My massage was the best I've ever had. I couldn't believe how much better I felt when I left.
