Dr. Burt holds degree of B.S. in Clinical Psychology from Brooklyn College in Brooklyn, New York and Doctor's Degree In Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West., Hayward in California. Fluently speaks Russian and English and broken Spanish.He has enjoyed advanced training in the diagnosis and treatment of whiplash and industrial type of injuries.
