DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE TO COLOR YOUR HAIR!!!!! PERIOD.
I went there with beautiful blond hair with highlights and wanted to go to a rich chocolates brown for the winter.. What I got was red at the root, black highlights, and the chocolates brown I wanted, sporadically throughout.. I called them to fix it as this color was only presented after I washed it the first time... They said to come in that it was no problem.. What I got when they "fixed it" was BLACK HAIR around my face, the color I WANTED in the back of my head, and at the root, I have RED!! I have THREE COLORS IN MY HAIR RIGHT NOW!!!! They said they'd fix it, and made it WORSE!!! I wish I had NEVER GONE HERE.. I spoke with the owner directly and she BLAMED ME!!!!! Saying I must've cared for my hair improperly!!! And literally cursed me out when I asked if the tech was even certified!!!!! What a mess!!! Looking for a new tech to fix their disaster
Do yourselves the favor, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!
