I wasn't too happy with the mani-ped I received. I paid for the service via a groupon, and I won't be going back. I arrived on time and there was one client who they were working on at the time. It was staffed with two people.
They seated me and the water was too hot. No big deal there, however after my pedi, she stared on my nails by soaking one hand in a glass. Another client came in and she started to work on her and ignored me for 30 minutes. I finally removed my hand from the soaking dish and waited. Eventually she got back to me and started the manicure and cut two cuticles one on each hand and I started to bleed. She was rough with both the mani and the pedi. It should have been relaxing but ouch. I was there for 1 1/2 hours due to the fact they she left me to attend to another client. I purposely made a morning Sunday appointment thinking that it would be more relaxed. Two other women showed up, no big deal, but they didn't have the staff to cover and I had to wait while they tried to handle 4 clients. They didn't offer anything to drink as other salons do based on my experience. Overall, disappointing and I won't be back.

They do a VERY good job at Superior Nails. Good prices and very good service make this a must visit for any manicure, pedicure, eyelash or cosmetic applications. Highly recommended!
