referred to lookers by friend who now says she will never go back because of the treatment i received from lookers my hair was ruined because the girl would not listen to me instea of doing what i asked her she did what she wanted to the result was disastrous led to me loosing time off work to find color correctionist to try to repair the damage some weeks later am still trying to get it presentable at great expense she knew she was wrong then when we stopped pay on ck lookers called the police made complaint and told me there was a warrant out for my arrest this is just a very very brief description of how this went if lookers has insurance no one mentioned it to me the only interest expressed to me was money for doing great damage not only to my hair to my emotional stress level as well mdw

i went to this salon for permanent hair straightening, my purpose is i don't want to do the lots of work for my wavy hair in front of mirror, the receptionist told me that my hair won't straight like really so straight but it will improve, i left that salon with a straight hair and after 2 days i washed my hair, my hair went back into wavy just exactly as before,and they told me that i still need to style it and flat iron, nobody told me that from the first time, i paid $120.00 for nothing,,,, baddddddd!!!!!
