This place is run by criminals and just horrible people. You try to have a civilized conversation with Brenda (the owner) and her associate and they end up resorting to personal attacks against me. This was done in front of other customers and then she blames me for making a scene in front of them. Their business ethics and general demeanor makes me really question how they've been business for this long. Only go here if you want to have a horrible experience and want to leave genuinely frustrated. It's really sad.

I ended up leaving really frustrated and confused because they weren't able to answer any of my questions. I don't think they knew what they were doing. During my beauty treatment, they decided to take a personal phone call and chat away while I waited around for them to finish. It was so rude and it made my beauty treatment take twice as long. This was the worst salon I've ever visited, and I think it's the worst salon in existence. I can't believe they're still in business. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
