I liked my hair after I had it cut and highlighted at Eclipse, so I decided to try a massage. When I arrived for my appointment, the massage therapist spent over 20 minutes on paperwork and that was part of my massage time. I got a 35 minute massage and was charged for an hour. I wasn't happy and the therapist was very rude with me and told me that I shouldn't have been so slow.
I told my hair stylist about this next time I saw her. My stylist gave my feedback about the massage and the massage therapist called and griped me out. I was so shocked! She was so rude and I was completely surprised as I had done nothing wrong except mention that I wasn't happy.
I called to talk to the owner but she did not return my call. I will NOT go here again as they don't know what customer service is. I was really shocked they would treat a return customer so rudely and unprofessionally.
I came to this place thinking that it was just another normal salon but BOY was I surprised! From the moment I walked in I was absolutely astounded by the level of customer service and willingness of every employee to please me and to provide everything I wanted. I went to have permanent make up done and boy was it an amazing experience. Cynthia did everything in her power to make it a painless procedure and even offered refreshments throughout the entire procedure. She uses the softtap method and OMG it didn't hurt a bit. She also perfectly did my eyeliner and offered to even add some color later for no extra charge. She made me feel absolutely comfortable with the procedure and she really knew what she was doing. I have no idea why I didn't get permanent make up before this because dang does it look good!!!
