Today I had an appointment with Julliet to get my daughter's hair done for her bday. I made the appointment in advance and specifically stated that she wanted her hair bleached and colored, cut, etc. and that it was her bday. When we first arrived we told Julliet we were referred from my daughters friend at school because my daughters friends hair looked very nice and she had changed her hair color. After Julliet finished the coloring she sat my daughter in a chair with wet hair and said she had run out of time today and could not cut or dry her hair. I was clear that I didn't understand and went over again what I said when I made the appointment but her only response was "I ran out of time and sometimes this happens and the lady who made the appointment for her obviously didn't record all the details, sorry". I made it clear that this wasn't okay and that she needed to take care of it, but she refused. Luckily, another stylist Brent was happy to take care of my daughter after I explained to him the problem and was very professional. He did a wonderful job and I will never again use Julliet or recommend her to anyone but will gladly go back to Brent.
