Total incompetence of entire staff including ownership. Unable to use gift card. Unable to obtain refund. First off...Hello Gorgeous has relocated (once again) to 1121 Villagio Boulevard in Bossier. I bought a gift card there in December 2015 and gave it to my wife as a Christmas present so she could go get her hair done there. My wife called and made an appointment for May 12th since we had an important social engagement for May 14th. The stylist she spoke with FORGOT to enter the appointment into the computer. When my wife arrived for her appointment the stylist had taken the day off and my wife could not get her hair done. As a last resort, my wife had her daughter do a Clairol treatment since we could find nobody else to do it professionally on short notice. It was a disaster! She ended up going to our social engagement with gray patches still visible in her hair. We are both infuriated by the complete lack of profesionalism and incompetence of the entire crew at Hello Gorgeous...ownership included. The owners are seldom (if ever) at the business location. Hello Gorgeous is co-owned by a lady named Priscilla and a fellow named Bill. After calling them repeatedly on their cell phones about this fiasco, we have yet to obtain a refund. The staff at Hello Gorgeous claims giving refunds is allowed only by the owners, and since they are never in...we can never get our money back. I spoke with Bill two weeks ago and he told me he would refund me...even if he had to personally drive the 20 miles to our home to hand deliver it. I called him today and he said that after speaking with me two weeks ago, he had phoned Priscilla and left this fiasco in her hands. Again...he said he would call her. And here I sit in limbo once again. Perhaps this manner of doing business is why the company continues to relocate periodically. The wife and I are totally disgruntled with our experience with Hello Gorgeous and will never visit them again for any reason. Should anyone be looking for a salon in the Shreveport/Bossier area...we highly recommend they look elsewhere. We are stuck with a gift card we cannot use and cannot seem to obtain a refund for it.
