I purchased a package here. they kept getting my name mixed up with another person who they said had my same name. I went there a total of about 5 times (due to purchasing package) and almost every time I went they were confused with the name thing. I should have had 2 weeks left on my package and when I went to tan they said my pkg had expired a few days ago. I thought that seemed off but wasn't sure and was in a hurry so didn't argue it. When I checked my online banking I saw I was right. I tried to call a few times the following day to resolve the problem but it kept going to a fax machine. I decided it wasn't worth it. the beds are older and the rooms are very hot-it was not a comfortable tanning experience.
