They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Ask for Stefanie Penman she is AWESOME! Great with cuts and color!! She does great waxing as well....

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I loved that I was able to call and get the price of my beauty treatment over the phone. It was nice not having to drive over there to find out. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
