I will NEVER EVER go to Main Attractions in Finlayson again. I arrived at 9am today for my appointment and the shop wasn't even open! I was wondering if they forgot about me. The lady arrived 5 min. later and never apologized. I finally got to sit in the chair another 5 min. later. I told her I'd like an inch off after explaining that I'm growing my hair out for Locks of Love. She combed my hair, told me to look down, and then started cutting my bone dry hair. I've never had someone cut my hair dry. She never asked if I'd like it washed and only after she was done cutting it did she tell me that she cut off 1/2 an inch. She took the apron off and $14 and 5 min later I was in the car not knowing whether to cry or be pissed! This is the worst customer service I've ever received! She was late, didn't ask if I wanted a wash, didn't spray my hair down, and no styling products or hair appliances ever touched my hair! I could have gone to freaking great clips or cost cutters and they would have wet it, put in product, and styled it for a cheaper price!!!!!! Sorry but I had to write this for anyone considering getting their hair done there, go anywhere but here.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Let me just say that this business is in a safe areas and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. My stylist always spends extra time washing my hair. I wish I could get my hair washed here everyday. I noticed their business license hanging on the wall right away when I walked in. It made me feel even more confident about going there.
