They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Cathy asked "How was that?" I said "it felt lighter". I put my glasses on and went into shock, I asked for a trim 1/2 inch, she cut off more than three inches, she knew she screwed up cause she didn't offer the mirror to see the back, she lied to her manager and said; "she thought I left happy". My husband was with me and saw me cry on the way home. Now I have short uneven layers and no body, which is important to me because of very fine hair and that is the reason for the layers. I will give update after meeting with manager. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I don't trust anyone else to cut my hair. If you want just an inch taken off, they'll take just an inch. I have been to places where the stylist thinks they know what's best for you and do what they want regardless of what you say. This place is not like that at all.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
