Rosalie, the owner, is very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. This was the best facial and waxing I ever received. She really knows skin and I was amazed to know she was a grandma of an 18 yr old and yet looks like she is in her 30's at most. She was so warm and professional, and made the whole experience much better than others I have been to. I highly recommend her. And she has been in business for many years. She is a hidden gem!
