I recieved a gift certificate that I couldn't use part of. I called to see if I could upgrade or give it away. Not only were they not interested in why, they don't care that I'm unhappy. They have my money and that appears to be enough for them. Please spend your money at one of the wonderful spas in the area and skip this one. I won't be going back or giving it praise to anyone I talk to

Went once and didn't return again. Hair dresser was 30 minutes late. I am a prompt person. I might try again, but so far I have been going to another salon.
