Getting an appt was easy. The store manager at the Norfolk NE salon was horrible. She told me first that she could take my hair from almost black to platinum blonde. I told her I did not want it to be yellow. She said no problem. Well 3 hours later my hair was yellow. So then she added something else for 45 minutes. Hair still yellow. She told me it would lighten up over night. I trusted her. Well the next morning my hair felt weird like mush and was yellow and orange. I went back and asked her what I could do. She told me she could fix it for 45.00 after she already charged me 116.00 for the mess. So I walked out and went to Cost Cutters who got it a normal color and did a hot oil treatment. This all happend the first or second week in June. It's now October and my hair is still breaking off and smells fried. When I called the regional office the girl who did my hair tried to say I signed a consent form and I demanded they fax me a copy because I signed nothing and would get a lawyer. Needless to say I never got a faxed copy and I ended up getting my money back. The regional office was very nice to me. I would hope people read this and do not go to the manager at this salon. She ruined my hair and was not very nice about it.
