They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Megan was very nice and did a great job cutting my hair exactly the way I wanted it. I tend to go from salon to salon and they just never seem to cut my hair the way I want it. She was very helpful. They had quite a few interesting magazines. I liked the fact that my appointment was on time. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. There was lots of available parking.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
