The office was easy enough to find. But the poor girl working was battling morning sickness and the other hair dresser had already called in sick. My hair is kind of hard to work with - very fine but LOTS of it - and I tried to tell her she would need to use a lot of product to tame it. She assured me she would, but then only sprayed leave in conditioner! All I wanted was a shampoo/blow dry/straighten and it took over an hour and looked terrible - flat on top, frizzy on the bottom. Sorry Layla, you were very sweet, and I appreciate that you were having a rough day, but I had to go home and totally re-do the whole thing. (This is all aside from the fact that I made my appointment weeks in advance and then when I showed up for my 9:15am appt, they didn't even have me on their schedule, so I had to wait another 45 mins for her to finish with someone else. She was really nice about this, and it wasn't her fault, but l just don't think I'll ever go back to this particular salon.)
