Susan made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. She is incredibly warm and friendly, and very accommodating to our schedule and lack of childcare. She is also very professional, making the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress my family has made with her guidance. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was relatively easy enough to find. I will absolutely return and am in contact with Susan weekly regarding our family's needs and progress.
