Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. My stylist made an extra effort to make sure I wasn't sprayed with water. I was extremely impressed. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
