Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I tried to get a haircut at the spur of the moment as I had an affair to attend that evening. I walked into the salon (the sign said walk ins welcome) and two stylists were working, and I stood up front for about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledge me. Finally, a middle age lady with short brown hair came walking up to the front from the back room and asked if she could help me and I told her I needed to a haircut but didn't have an appointment. I was totally floored when she replied, "well I am going to lunch, maybe one of the other stylist can help you" and she walked out the door
