The staff here was the most polite, courteous staff I've ever seen at any salon. They were so professional, and made all their clients feel respected and important. I barely had to wait at all for my appointment, it was great. They called me back in less than a minute. The entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was extremely satisfied with my beauty treatment. My stylist knew exactly what I was looking for and delivered perfect results. I will definitely be a regular customer here.

After reading the other 3 reviews on here, I can't help but feel they were done by the stylists at the salon. I moved to Savannah from Atlanta, where the Dillards compare to Lord and Tayor and Nordstrom. My 1st experience at this salon was horrible - first, the decor is right out of the 70's - for a million dollar company like Dillards, the salon needs a major over haul. Now, onto the important part, the hair. I made 2 regrettable visits to this salon - first was on a Saturday - like the other review - it was very quiet, which is NOT a good thing for a salon on a Saturday, my stylist was the only stylist there - who was very un-kept and looked like she came to work in her Saturday lay around clothes. My highlights were sloppy and inches away from the roots. She took a smoke break and came back and plunged her smokey hands in my hair - gross. I won't even elaborate on how the cut came out. Onto visit 2 - when I was called for my touch up appt (that I merely scheduled out of courtesy), I declined, of coarse, and that was that, to my surprise, the manager called me back to ask why. I told her all about my horrific 1st visit, she told me she was the new mgr and assured me it would not happen - offered a free pedi n conditioning treatment. Well.....when I arrive, the manager looks atrocious. Her hair is a faint pinkish red - looking like a dye job right from middle school. Her clothes were tattered and worn, covered in chemical stains- not at all what I expect for a salon when I pay $175 for a -doo. She did a mediocre job on the color - still not coming close to the roots (this has NEVER been an issue anywhere else before) the cut was ever worse, choppy, uneven and the worst layers ever! So remember I said she offered a free pedi- well I was walked back to the sole pedicure chair in the salon, which of coarse - a 1970's model - she proceeded to do my pedi - which was nothing at all like typical pedicures - the color choices were old and limited. Once she was done, my 6yr old niece could have painted them better, no massage, no pumice stone on my heels, just luke warm water and some paint. So, my recommendation, go anywhere but here! The new manager couldn't even rectify the 1st bad experience, she made it even worse! Aveida would be ashamed that they use their products
