Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. My stylist made an extra effort to make sure I wasn't sprayed with water. I was extremely impressed. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I was satisfied with my beauty treatment. I liked what they did and will be going back. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
