Been going here for over 20 years as well as my family members. We are all so happy with the service, friendliness and personal concern from all technicians. Their knowledge and guidance with styling and coloring is superb and is always on track. For all the years that I have been their client, I have NEVER heard a negative comment on their performances.

If that last post was anyway true, then I know they would have been devastated and done all they could to correct it. I dare that person to show their face at this studio and be sure that she has the right place. I don't think so.

Don't know what I would do without them. They are a treasure find !

I went a very long time ago, yet never got around to writing a review. Anyways one day I went in for blonde highlights, I had light brown hair at the time and it is naturally straight and thin. Instead of highlighting, the lady bleached my whole head (and for anyone who knows anything about hair, knows that it is NOT the same thing) my hair actually ended up falling out. Little pieces burned off in the salon. After everything, long story short I walked out of there with bright orange hair that had different shades all over the place, and it was in horrible condition. 2 years later I have almost finally grown it out. (ends are still a little orange) But, this is just my experience. Maybe they have hired new people since then. Beware though.
