My hair was beautiful when I left there. They asked questions and made sure the service would be right for the type and condition of my hair. I am transitioning away from a relaxer and my hair needed to be colored. She looked at the condition of my hair and suggested just the right product to protect it from any further damage. Each time I go back I am more impressed with the results.

This is one of the worst salons I've ever been to. I couldn't believe that they could get away with that level of customer service. I've always been somewhat particular about the salons I visit being clean. Their facility wasn't filthy, but it wasn't very clean either. I wish they would take the time to clean it more often. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I never saw their business license displayed anywhere, and I looked for it for a long time. It was very suspicious. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe.


I do not recommend getting a relaxer at this first time I got my relaxer I left with under processed ends! I did not notice it at first but after the first wash I realized that some of the hair was straight but the ends were completely puffy.I made the mistake of going to get a touch up thinking they would give me a touch up a full price but reprocess my ends at no charge since it was the stylists only was I charged with the price of getting a full relaxer because I asked her to reprocess my ends,but she also relaxed the hair that was already straighten and did not need to be reprocessed.Which can lead to hair damage and additional to that she rinsed my hair in warm water!!! Anyone who knows anything about hair should know that your hair should be rinsed in cold water to close the cuticle.Lastly the new growth that I was going in to get processed was only partially processed!! I will not be returning to this school after this last visit and if you want to protect your hair I advise you to pick another school or salon to take your business to.

Absolutely not! I was itchy all day after my appointment.
