Do not go here! The "stylist" who butchered my hair yesterday had no idea what the heck she was doing. I believe she must have just graduated from a non-accredited beauty school or something! I was fine with my cut until she "ANGLED" my hair - her idea of ANGLE was something different than any other hair stylist had ever done on the front my hair! It was crazy! The only way I thought she could fix it was to give me bangs, and she didn't even know how to do that correctly! It was awful. The front and top part of my hair looks like Alfalfa from the Our Gang Series! She had to called her Supervisor on the phone because she had left for the day, but that didn't help. She filled out a "complaint form" that had my name and address, gave me her manager's card so I could call the next day, but I will *never, ever* go back to that place. She told me I didn't have to pay for the cut, but I did have to pay for the shampoo and blow dry - which cost $17!!! Which meant that my hair "cut" (butcher more like it) was $5 - because the original price for my shampoo, cut and blowdry was $22. RIPOFF, UNPROFESSIONAL people who don't know what in the heck they are doing! BEWARE

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
