The staff at this salon is terrific. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The shop manager is the best. She is very good at guiding her employees to do what she wants them to do without barking orders as I have seen elsewhere. They don't have a huge turnover. I've been seeing the same stylist for years. Love it. The only downfall is not the fault of the staff. The building is not the best and the restroom is old and dingy. They do their best with it , but its not great.
