Salon Elite is a great local salon. I just moved here and was referred to Nikki. I got a great new color and cut. Prices are very reasonable. I felt very welcome when I went in and the girls were all very friendly. I am also considering hair extensions and Nikki was very knowledgeable about them! I am saving up to get long hair!

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Nikki put extensions in that were $1500.00 and 6 fell out the first two weeks. Nikki would not compensate me my money even though 4 other great lengths certified stylists told me they were put in wrong for my hair. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The receptionist had zero personality and was rude. I had to call Great Lengths and plan to go to small claims court to resolve this issue. Every GL extension stylist does half bonds. Nikki did full bonds and my hair isn't the right texture for that stated by all certified stylists that I saw and even Great Lengths. She made a mistake and wouldn't even fess up to it and take responsibility. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Bad business tactics if you ask me.
