I am furious with these people! I have been told several times everytime I call that I cannot schedule an appointment, that I have to come in to get one. Not a big problem, but kind of a pain. Today, I came in with my 2 young daughters to get our hair cut. I told the lady (I was so mad later that I dont remember her name) that I needed 2 kids cuts for my daughters and one for myself. There was two open spots for appointments one at 11:45 and one at 12:00. The lady had her pen poised to write us in, and the phone rang. She told me "Just a second." I didn't mind too much, figuring she'd answer the phone and ask to put them on hold. I figured wrong. She answered the phone and said to the person, "we can do that, I'll put you down. Ok, see you then." She scheduled the person on the phone for the 12:00 appointment. Then she looked up at me and told me that she could cut one of my daughters's hair at 12:20. I was so mad I stated to her that it was highly inappropriate to schedule someone else before the person standing in front of you. Just know that if you visit here, you are not worth their time. They'd rather schedule a friend of theirs over the phone knowing they have spoken to the customer standing before them and was poised to schedule their appointment just before the phone call from their friend. And if that woman from Mastercuts in the Council Bluffs Mall reads this, she knows who she is and should be ashamed of herself.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
