I had my haircut by Lynn a few months ago. It was my first time at the salon. I told her what I had wanted - and she did something else. She clearly doesn't listen. She gave me a super short, completely different style then what I asked for. It's been months and I'm still letting it grow back. The worst part is that she cut it dry when I had tons of moose and spray in it. I told her that I didn't want it cut dry but she told me to relax that she knew what she was doing. When I got home and rewashed it, it was uneven with holes chopped out of it and completely shredded from the razor. She went overboard because it looked like I had more volume from the moose and spray - she should have known that.
In addition her assistant kept smacking me in the face with the sleeve from her smock while washing my hair - the whole thing was a bad experience. One thing that I had noticed was that all of the customers were older women with short unflattering haircuts... now I had the same stupid haircut. If you go to her for a cut be prepared to hide in the house for a couple of months!
