I walked in to have my hair cut. My hair was long down my back. The hair cut I had in mind was a bob cut. I had explained it to the hair dresser that I want the front to slope down framing my face and the back stacked. She says oh yeah I think that will look so cute on you. Then she stopped every 3 minuts to go help out other customers walking in because one of the hair dresser had run to the bank and the other one was laying down in the back room because she wasn't feeling well. Lets just say that I sat there for 20 min that's not even including the wait befor I sat in the chair. with this lady snipping and stopping for everything. When she finished the hair cut looks nothing like I asked for. The front does not even slope, lets just say that my bangs are ear length. It was a boy cut, I was so angry at this point. She even dare ask me if I like it because it's so cute! I told her that I do not see a slope and the the front does not even blend with the back. She started to cut it again, snipping a few ends off to make it look like she's doing something. There was enough damage done already. She then said that they have a policy that if i'm not happy or find something wrong within a week they will be more than happy to fix it at no cost. Okay so at this point what is there to fix than to just shave everything off! When I left the salon the top layer of my hair in the back was covering the bottom which was already cut above my neck line. This was the finish product. I saw a friend at Walmart and he said that the back of my head looks like a wet sponge with a wet wash cloth hanging on top. I stop by Smart cut and have on of the hair dresser there look at it and she said what did they do to you honey? She fixed it and it looks a lot better. My hair will grow back. Don't ever go there and if you do( DON'T LET THE OLD LOOKING LADY WITH THE WHITE BLONDE HAIR CUT YOUR HAIR) She is the worst hair dresser in my life time that I had gone to. She really needs to turn in her shears.
