I hated the beauty treatment I received. I demanded a refund. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I didn't care for the conversation for such a small place it was very disrespectful. Very loud.

My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.
