Worst experience I've ever had. Dia Gicking was my stylist who claims to have 25 yrs experience. I asked for auborn with dark brown lowlights. She dyed my hair purple. Then immediately recolored my hair. Which you're suppose to wait 8 days before you re-dye someones hair. It's now a crazy magenta color. The owner didn't take any responsibility or even offer a free color correction. I was charged a $140 for two awful dye jobs. My boyfriend called because I was practically in tears over my hair. The owner and Dia was extremely disrespectful to him. Dia even admitted that the color was violet. Violet is a form of purple. They also had him on speaker phone and was laughing at him when he was just trying to find out what went wrong and why wasn't services discounted. Worst experience in my life
