They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. This provider has a basic website that they are working on, but it has all the information I need. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.

DO NOT BUY FEATHER EXTENSIONS HERE!!!!I bought mine for $40, and the very next morning I curled them and two broke off. I called to see if I could get them mended or for a partial refund or exchange, the owner told me that she was not responsible for me breaking the feathers and she told me I was tying up her line and that she had more important things to take care of!! This is exactly what she said! I went into the store and talked to the owner again. I was very nice and told her I didn't think the problem had been resolved. She again said there is nothing that she was going to do for me,and that because I was the only one that complained to her that the feather breaking must have been my fault. She then told me that she was busy and quickly walked away from me. Waling away from a disgruntled customer is not the way to solve a problem, especially the owner of the business!! I talked to her daughter, and she was nicer but did not help me either. NO WHERE IN THE STORE DOES IT SAY THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! NOT EVEN ON MY RECEIPT!! After a few minuets of being in the store all the workers went behind a wall that I could only hear what they were saying, but I could not see them. All the workers kept shouting rude and unprofessional explanations at me as to why they would not even speak to me about the issue. I finally told them that they could at least show to a little respect and come out from behind their wall. At this point they told me that I needed to leave the store immediately. I am livid at the way that I was treated, and I will not EVER be returning to this store!!!!! BEWARE THAT IF YOU RUN INTO A PROBLEM WITH A PRODUCT BOUGHT HERE YOU WILL NOT BE HELPED BUT INSTEAD TREATED HORRIBLY AND IGNORED.
