Carmen's the best! I've lived in major cities (NYC, SF, Seattle) and paid much, much more, and no one has cut my fine, wavy hair as well as she does. She's a great colorist, too. I've never had Karen cut my hair, but I've seen her clients, and they always come out looking fantastic.

Also, the atmosphere at their salon is informal, fun, and personal. No attitude.
