I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. They equipment definitely isn't current or safe. It's very dangerous. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. I ended up leaving really frustrated and confused because they weren't able to answer any of my questions. I don't think they knew what they were doing. THE WORST EVER HAIR CUT IN MY LIFE. I WILL NEVER EVER STEP INTO THAT SHOP.
