Dont use this salon. They are very unprofessional. They spend more time talking and eating than they do finishing your hair. The lady that was doing my hair took a break for lunch, but when she came back she did not wash her hands. I had to stop her and ask her to wash her hands before she continued. Next, the hair styles next to me procedded to take off her shoes and it was not a plesent smell at all. Lastly, there was no heat in the shop. I had to wear my winter coat and gloves the whole time.

I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. As soon as I got there it felt like they couldn’t wait for me to leave. I don’t think they even gave me what I paid for. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. My stylist didn't spend a whole lot of time washing my hair. It seemed pretty quick compared to other places I have been. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting.
