It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Had the Brazilian Blow-Out (by Albert) and it looks beautiful. So many compliments today! The owner (Joe) was so friendly and I felt like I had been there a hundred times before!
