Let me just say that Charles European Hair Salon is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when I had seen the latest certificates and methods they use, and how they were incorporating the latest styles and technique into the practice. They were easy to reach and answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen a salon owner treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything, including Starbucks, DSW, and Stop-n-Shop. It is right off of Washington Street, close to the freeway and to all kinds of shops. I was able to do ALL of my shopping and then some for the week right after my appointment.

At Charlies - you get exactly, if not more, than what you pay for! I have been going to Charlie for over 7 years, and if flying in from Chicago, or driving 1.5 hours says anything about the quality of his service - then you won't be disappointed! I will absolutely return as long as I am alive because I always have an amazing experience. Charlies associates are SUPERB! They are very serious about what they do; the results they produce, and the customer service that just makes going there all the better. They are focused, and by far the best I've ever seen. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I am always amazed and fully satisfied when I leave his salon!
