I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I noticed their business license hanging on the wall right away when I walked in. It made me feel even more confident about going there. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I always have a lot of questions, but they were able to answer every single one of them thoroughly, and clearly. They are definitely experts.
