Watch Out! Zitia, the owner, is clueless about what she is doing. First of all the strong smell of cats, urine & feces is awful. Zitia was very rude until she realized I had been waiting. While she was on the phone when I arrived I had to hear a vulgar conversation that was not appropriate. She did apologize once she realized what I heard. She changed the price on me 3 times during my questions. The shop was very unclean and smelled. I chose to not get anything done because of how rude and filthy everything was. I wasted 40 minutes of my time. I also saw someone leave that looked very unhappy as well. I had heard a few rumors about Zitia but chose to ignore I now realize that she is much more difficult in person. Just one look at her face will warn you that she is not good with temp or permanent makeup. (Zitia should not cheat on her husband)

I read the message that Claire left and I was shocked! I had my eyebrows, eyeliner and lips done a couple years ago and would recommend anyone else to use this salon. The staff not only took the time to explain everything in detail they were very honest about the procedures, the "discomfort" and expectations. I went with my sister who had here eyeliner and brows done. There was no pressure selling and they actually talked my sister out of getting her lips done. Who does that? I knew up front that there would be some swelling and once the swelling began Zitia would have to stop and I would likely need to come back for a touch up. Why wouldn't I want that? I don't want a crooked line on my eyes. Not only am I totally satisfied with my results, I found out that my neighbor had her eyes done a year before my by Zitia and I had no clue she had permanent makeup! It looks natural. It looks awesome. Nobody knows unless you tell them. I stumbled onto this site to see where they moved their shop and couldn't believe the previous post. Claire is correct that everyone should do their homework. I hope people reading this will do their's too and allow About Face to give them results they will enjoy like me, my sister, and my neighbor.
