Some woman botched my haircut, specifically when I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted, and even after I told her, repeatedly, to stop cutting my hair because it was getting too short. This staff member was listening to her iPod while she was cutting my hair, which must be some kind of infraction of store policy. The only reason this rating isn't lower is because I've gotten haircuts here in the past that were objectively rubbish. The only way I see myself getting another haircut here is if she's fired for incompetence.

I didn't have to wait at all for my appointment, it was great. They called me back in less than a minute. I've already started recommending this place to all my friends and family. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. As far as price goes, speaking for just a haircut, there are no lower prices in the area or even close and they have senior discount on Tuesdays.
