I scheduled my friend as a gift. I gave them all of my contact information to pay once her appointment was complete. They required my friend to leave her credit card information (tacky!!!!!) and ended up charging her. I have called three times to correct this. Each time they take down my information and never call me back.

Please do not make the mistake we made!! If you want a stress-free experience, go somewhere else. They do not offer customer service!
