I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I went to A-1 for the first time and received a color (if you could call it that) and cut by Gina. I left and was very happy with it but when I got home I realized the very top layer was colored but that was it. It doesn't look like my hair has even been colored. I have been paying around $120 and was thrilled to pay only $70. The decor of the Salon is very cold and uncomfortable. I would not go back! I guess you pay for what you get.

They have the best prices I've ever seen anywhere. I couldn't believe how little I had to pay. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. I couldn't believe how many new and interesting magazines they had in their waiting area. I could have stayed in there reading all day.
