I went into the salon and told the woman exactly what I needed and how my hair behaved. She obviously thought she knew better because she tried to give me layers that now look like a mullet. She did not take anything I had to say as truth and thought she knew my hair better than I did. Not only did I have to pay $40 for the cut, but now I am going to have to pay for someone to fix it and go from long beautiful blonde hair (75% down my back) to having hair up to my chin. Ladies, if you know what you want in a hair style then do not go here. She will do what she wants with your hair regardless of what you tell her.

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

The stylist quickly dried and styled my hair, but she/he didn't go above and beyond.
