I'm so relieved! I really felt 'heard'. They listened to me and asked lots of questions. I've never had a problem getting an appointment on the exact day and at the exact time I want here. I found this provider to be better than other providers I've gone to. Their office was mostly well organized and clean. I could tell they took time making sure it was presentable. My hair will turn red if not colored right. I can not use a box. They found the right solution. I like the older look its home and they always have coffee.

When I was a teenager, I went to Carol Lee's to get my first hairdo. The treatment I got from them was so bad that they made me cry. The hair cut was ugly and the perm fell out quickly. Plus, since they must of thought they could get away with it, they charged me about triple the cost of a haircut. I have never set foot inside a beauty parlor since then. Thanks to Carol Lees, I don't use makeup, pay to get my hair cut, or support female causes. It has been 35 years since then, so that is a lot of business the beauty parlors have lost out on.
