my granddaughter had her hair colored and her eye brows waxed on 5/15/2011 by jessica, however the owner was in the shop at the time. Half of her left eye brow was totally removed and jessica said my granddaughter had plucked it off before the entered the shop. It was not done before she had her brows waxed. The hairdresser left the color on her hair over and hour and when my granddaughter asked why she said it really didn't matter how long it was left on (there was no other customer in the shop this whole time so they weren't too busy to wash it out) She has hair dye stained in various parts of her scalp, also on her forehead and the back of her neck has a huge stain. If her hair was short it would look like a massive dirty neck. Today she washed her hair and her white towel is not almost completely red and she still has the stains on her neck and face and scalp. The owner was no help, didn't even offer an apology. My granddaughter left crying hysterically and is still upset. They payed for the worst job ever. Even coloring my own hair I have never gotten dye that won't come off, or any dye that has no time limit as to length on hair and certainly doesn't bleed the next day (not to mention the eyebrows) Would not trust anyone there to touch friend or foe alike. BEWARE THIS SHOP (really zero star rating but had to chose one to submit review0
