There's no way I'll ever be back to this provider. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill and courtesy. The beautician was rude and talked to her friend the whole time, never listening to what I wanted. I have huge gaps cut in the back of my long hair. I asked her to trim my hair into layers in the front and she never touched the front. I hated the beauty treatment I received. She gave me no opportunity to even look at the back of my hair. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had requested. I live an hour away, and when I called the shop to discuss the mess I had found with my hair, they argued with me that there were mirrors all around the shop where I could have looked and that the beautician certainly DID trim the front of my hair. My money is down the drain, and so is my hair! Very unprofessional!

I have been to this salon 3 times. The first time I was very happy - the man who cut my hair knew what he was doing, was polite, and professional. I loved the cut! Unfortunately he no longer works there.
The second visit was to get my hair colored. I needed it lightened back to (close to) my natural hair color. They spent 3 hours to get my hair to a straw color which clashes with my complexion and is exactly what I asked them not to do. They then put a temporary dye on to tone down the brassy color. Being temporary, however, it was washed out and back to ugly brassy straw in 2 days. After spending over a hundred dollars I was not going to accept that. So I went back in for a third visit and they put another temporary dye on! Only good thing was that I didn't pay anything that time. Of course, it washed out and was back to ugly in 2 days. I had had enough so I ended up going to walgreens and bleaching/dying it MYSELF and I did a much better job than this salon did. And it only cost me $30 to do it myself. I will never go to the JC Penney Salon again.
